Golden Delicious Apple Chip Bites
(Herb cream cheese, sweet pepper jelly, shallot slices, and green onions)
INGREDIENTS
4 ounces Herb Cream Cheese – see recipe
2 ounces Pepper Jelly
Shallot rings as needed for garnish
Herb Cream Cheese
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup chopped chives, or half chives and half fresh basil, mint or dill
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried dill
¼ teaspoon salt
1 to 2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
DIRECTIONS
Pipe herb cream cheese into the center of whole apple chips. Place a small dollop of pepper jelly on top of cream cheese and garnish with a shallot ring (either raw or pickled). Enjoy.
Homemade Granola
(with Original Apple Chips)
INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup coconut flakes, optional
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons coconut or other neutral oil of your choice
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
2 Bags of Seneca Original Apple Chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, coconut flakes, if using, cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle in the coconut oil and maple syrup and add the almond butter. Stir until combined. Scoop the granola onto the baking sheet and press the mixture into a 1-inch-thick oval. This will encourage clumping.
- Bake for 15 minutes, rotate the pan halfway, and use a fork to gently break the granola apart just a bit. Bake for 15 minutes more, or until golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes before crumbling both bags of apple chips into granola. Mix thoroughly and serve.
Farmhouse Salad
(with Granny Smith Apple Chips, grilled chicken broccoli, radishes, mixed greens, hard boiled egg)
INGREDIENTS
5 ounces mixed baby greens (spinach, chard, kale, or similar.)
4 ounces broccoli florets – steamed and cooled
4 radishes – cut into coins
1 Bag Seneca Granny Smith Apple Chips
6 ounces rotisserie chicken – meat removed from bone and shredded
2 hard boiled eggs
4 ounces Apple Vinaigrette – see recipe
Apple Vinaigrette
1 Granny Smith Apple – peeled cored and diced
1 Shallot
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
4 Tablespoon apple cider
¾ cup olive oil or other neutral oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and serve immediately.
Sweet Glazed Chicken Salad
(with Granny Smith Apple Chips, craisin, goat cheese, walnuts, shallots)
INGREDIENTS
2.5 ounces mixed greens
1 Bag Seneca Granny Smith Apple Chips
1 ounce goat cheese
1 ounce walnuts
1 ounce craisins
1 ounce shallots (lightly pickled in red wine vinegar)
4 ounces Apple Glazed Chicken – see recipe
2 ounces Walnut Vinaigrette – see recipe
Walnut Vinaigrette
1/2 cup walnut pieces – toasted
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon shallots – diced
¼ cup sherry vinegar
¾ cup olive oil
2 Tablespoon warm water
Fresh thyme to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Apple Glazed Chicken
4 ounces fresh chicken tenders
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon apple cider
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl to coat the chicken. Airfry on 400°F until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.

Peanut Butter Dip
(with Cinnamon Apple Chips)
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar-free peanut butter
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Whip all ingredients together with your mixer, chill and enjoy with Cinnamon Seneca Apple Chips.
Caramel Apple Chip Nachos
(with drizzled peanut butter, chocolate chips and coconut)
INGREDIENTS
One bag Seneca Caramel Apple Chips
2 ounces peanut butter
1 ounce mini chocolate chips
1 ounce toasted coconut
DIRECTIONS
Open bag of Seneca Caramel Apple Chips and spread on a plate. Warm peanut butter in microwave until loose and pourable. Drizzle peanut butter over chips and garnish with mini chocolate chips and toasted coconut.
